1. Service Disclaimer

All sessions provided by Michael the Messenger are for personal insight, reflection, and spiritual guidance purposes only.
These services are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.

You must be 18 years or older to book a session or engage with services on this website.

2. No Guarantees or Promises

While Michael the Messenger offers sessions with sincerity, discernment, and genuine intention, no specific outcomes or accuracy are guaranteed.

Any insight or guidance reflects the perspective of the moment and should not be considered fixed predictions of the future.
You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the guidance you receive.

3. Live Sessions & Public Broadcast

By booking a LIVE session, you acknowledge that your session may be visible publicly (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Live, or similar platforms).

If you prefer your session to remain private, you must book a non-live option and clearly state your privacy request at checkout.

4. Delivery & Timeframes

Most sessions are delivered within the following timeframes:

  • One-Question Email Session: within 1–3 days

  • Three-Question Email Session: within 3–5 days

  • Five-Question Email Session: within 5–7 days

  • Urgent Session Upgrade: within 24 hours

  • Live Sessions: at the scheduled appointment time

Delivery may be in the form of email, live call, or other formats as listed on the product page.
Delays may occur during periods of high demand, and you will be notified if that happens.

5. Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable once booked, due to the time commitment and personalized nature of the work.

If your session was not received due to technical issues, please contact us within 48 hours of booking.
At our discretion, we may offer a redelivery or alternative resolution.

6. Client Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service without refund if a client is disrespectful, aggressive, or engages in inappropriate behavior during a session.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

Private session content will never be shared without your written consent.
However, by engaging with live sessions, you acknowledge that comments, usernames, and your interaction may appear publicly.

Michael the Messenger will never sell or share your personal data.

8. Intellectual Property

All content created by Michael the Messenger — including but not limited to emails, videos, summaries, PDFs, and audio — remains his intellectual property.

You may not copy, distribute, or resell any content without explicit written permission.

9. Payments & Pricing

All payments are processed securely through Shopify or approved third-party platforms (e.g., PayPal, Yoco, Buy Me a Coffee).

Prices are listed in USD (or your local currency when available) and are subject to change without notice.

10. Legal Jurisdiction
